Challenge: Minimizing endoprosthesis movement

Choice: GORE® Tri-Lobe Balloon Catheter

Successful positioning of an endovascular graft can be refined with the GORE® Tri-Lobe Balloon Catheter. The GORE® Tri-Lobe Balloon Catheter minimizes potential for endoprosthesis movement and blood pressure spikes during balloon inflation due to significantly reduced hemodynamic pressures.

The unique design allows continuous blood flow around the lobes while inflated and features rapid, uniform and simultaneous inflation and deflation. This means decreased hemodynamic pressure on inflated balloons and allows approximately 80% of flow for distal perfusion.

The GORE® Tri-Lobe Balloon Catheter is available in two 18 Fr Introducer Sheath Compatible Sizes. While both sizes can be used for the GORE® TAG® Thoracic Endoprosthesis, the small size can also be used for GORE® EXCLUDER® AAA Endoprosthesis.
