Shipping Information

  • All orders received by 3 pm (aest) and are in inventory are shipped next working day at no additional expense
  • Expedited shipping is available upon request, and will incur additional charges

  • All Invoices reflect the price in effect at the time of order fulfillment

Returns

  • All product returns require a return authorization which can be obtained by contacting customer service
  • We will accept the return of product that has been shipped within the last twelve months
  • Product must be in its original packaging and unopened and in saleable condition
