How is Gore currently conducting interviews?

We have moved to virtual interviews during this time of uncertainty to help protect the health and well-being of our Associates and candidates. As we continue to evaluate and monitor the situation, we will make adjustments to our interview processes.

If you are invited to interview with us, we will discuss options and provide details about what to expect.

Will I need to work on-site?

Just like you, we are currently experiencing the need to comply with social distancing guidelines to help prevent the spread of the virus.

To minimize the number of people in our facilities, we have implemented temporary work-from-home practices for those Associates whose responsibilities do not require them to be on site. You’ll still have a team to connect with, it will just be virtually for now.

For Associates whose commitments require them to be on-site in our facilities, we are taking extra precautions to minimize contact and reduce the risk of virus exposure or transmission. We adopt the guidance provided by health authorities and follow the regulations and requirements provided by the applicable local governments.

Please note that we do provide flexible work arrangements for our Associates, including the opportunity to work remotely, based upon the position and business need. If you are applying for a job with Gore, you can talk about these opportunities during the interview process.

Locations

Since 1975, the Gore Medical Products Division has been based out of Flagstaff, Arizona, a vibrant town of more than 65,000 people at the base of the San Francisco Peaks. Gore's presence has grown to nine facilities in Flagstaff, making us the largest private employer in Northern Arizona. We have recently expanded to North Phoenix, with seven plants and 500 Associates there since 2013.

Gore’s medical device manufacturing facilities are located in the U.S. Our additional facilities are located in California, Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania; and in global locations including Germany, the U.K., Japan and China. Our sales team operates around the globe.
