Treatment of a large popliteal aneurysm

Not indicated for use in the U.S. Within approved indication in Canada.

Case Takeaways

Endovascular repair of popliteal aneurysms using the GORE® VIABAHN® Endoprosthesis with PROPATEN Bioactive Surface*,† is associated with acceptable long-term patency and a very low risk of limb loss. The use of the VIABAHN® Device minimized the risk of distal embolization of thrombus within the aneurysm. The VIABAHN® Device is an excellent alternative to surgical repair of popliteal aneurysms and offers lower morbidity as well as a shorter length of stay.
